EDS poll, 87.6% of managers claimed they spent too much time
resolving disputes between employees.

that conflict is good, but how poorly handled or unresolved
conflict can destroy the workplace.

Managing
Conflict is a highly interactive workshop with opportunities
for small group discussion for participants to discuss the
new information and how to integrate the knowledge into their
workplace.
