Corporate environments are tricky and challenging when it comes to 'team building'.

There is a pervasive mentality of 'been there, done that' with images of falling backwards into the group that catches them -- the Trust Fall.

Capturing their attention within minutes and keeping it throughout the program is the goal of every 'team building' event, program or workshop we run.

Additionally, a recent survey found that almost 75% of all corporate employees have an exit strategy.

This has caused us to carefully consider two questions:

• How do you create a meaningful experience for an audience that is mentally prepared to leave at any time?

Using a series of experiential activities GroundWorks is a model designed to help participants begin framing individual and group behavior and finally, helping participants create a feedback mechanism to address behavior in the future.

Pressure Cooker ? Our Most Popular Corporate Team Building Simulation:

Each team is charged with designing, building and demonstrating a new product prototype for the company.  Teams are challenged to accomplish this process as an effective business model for the Company i.e. they must earn as much money while minimizing cost, keeping safety and quality a priority.  While there is no actual danger with colored water, the water is treated as hazardous materials so spillage and leakage will incur costs for cleanup.

Participants also experience the potential problems that may occur when individual goals do not match each other. Individual goalvs. individual goalvs group goal = trouble. How is this common business problem solved? This simulation lets participants find one before it becomes a serious issue at work.
