How do I use teamtalk?

Manager or team-leader, you are the coach of your team and you have the unique opportunity to inspire your players to greater heights and break through in the work place. Teamtalk is here to help your team win! Each topic only takes a few minutes to run through, and can be used to kick off your weekly team meeting to inspire positive attitudes and boost performance.

• Please print a copy to read at your next team meeting.
• Only use teamtalk face-to-face or in scheduled, regular conference calls- please do not email them individually to your team - as the program is designed for team discussion to improve communication and workplace relationships.
• Read each card aloud and confidently to your team. Attitude, as we know is everything and your enthusiasm is vital for the success of teamtalk in your workplace.
• The subjects start with an introduction or question to stimulate discussion and are usually followed by suggestions to bring about positive change.
• Keep a relaxed setting and don't put pressure on anyone who doesn't wish to answer any of the questions.
• Feel free to first use the included ice breaker card if time allows and if the atmosphere is a little heavy.
